We are a software company active in the veterinary sector (www.sonetas.eu), located in the center of Antwerp. In order to better assist new and existing customers, we are looking for a help desk employee.
You will be responsible for the first-line care of telephones and e-mails, helping veterinarians who have a question about our program Fuga and our mobile application myanimals.eu. Among other things, you will explain new functionalities, offer technical assistance and help install myanimals.eu. This both in Dutch and in French.
Certainly don't expect a call center mentality. Because in addition to first-line help, it is intended that you take on additional duties in the long term, depending on your strengths and interests. In this context, think of administrative assistance with invoicing, guiding starting customers, providing training, etc.
An encyclopedic IT knowledge is not required. We do expect that you are a bit IT-minded and that you are willing to learn.
We are currently looking for someone who can work part-time, with a permanent contract or on a freelance basis. We can agree on the work schedule.
